This paper uses SAM to measure the multiple effect of coal supply change of coal area to other areas and other departments, which is decomposed via path analysis so as to identify the conducted basic path and compound path and key node departments. The main basic path is coalelectricity path, only limited inside the province. Changes in coal supply impact industrial sectors with multiple compound paths, such as coalchemicals path, coaloil path, coalmetallurgy path, etc. The major node departments include chemicals industry, metallurgy, nonmetallic mineral products, transportation, and warehousing. Reform of Chinas coal supply shall be focused on planning coalelectricity, differentiating coal uses, supporting technical innovation, establishing modern energy storage and transportation network, optimizing electricity transporting channels, differentiating coalrelated industries to reduce their impacts on macroscopic economy.

Since 2012, the northeastern China had experienced lagging economy and decreasing population. This paper, aiming at the influence of population migration on economy, uses temporal series data to study population structure, labor quality, salary, and human capital in their changes, and conducts cointegration check on GDP growth rate with immigrants during 2001 to 2013. Migration as an endogenic variable is input into economic growth model, which shows a longterm balanced cointegration between GDP growth rate and immigrants. Population migration has a big influence on economy. Irrational population structure and inactive market economy are the vital cause that population migration influences economy in northeastern China. This paper presents suggestions in improving northeastern China's economy from reforming and boosting foreign trading.

Coal is China’s chief one time energy consumption. Coal mining and processing needs supporting from financial market. This paper selects 1996—2012 data to establish VAR model and uses impulse response function and variance decomposition to analyze the influence of financial structure on coal mining and processing. Result shows a weak positive adjustment of marketing direct financing structure on coal mining and processing, but a relation indirect financing structure is effective. According to the actuality of Ji’ning’s finance and coal mining and processing, coal mining and processing gains indirect financing, and at the same time focuses on stock market in using marketing direct financing, which can promote a sustainable development of coal industry.

Abstract1345)      PDF(pc) (4602KB)(1096)       Save
Developing mining cities encounter a conflict between economy and water resources, making a necessity in developing economy under limited water resources and preventing water pollution. This paper uses multiple objectives optimization method to set up a model including society, economy, water supply and demand, water environmental improvement, which is applied to forecast and analyze Ordoss economy, water resources and water environment by means of Lingo software from 2014—2025. After three polluted water processing technologies were applied and industrial structure was adjusted, Ordoss water can be recycled up to 739%, equivalent to 93 950 000 m3 in addition. COD in polluted water decreases by 24%, and economy rises by 74%, achieving sustainable development in mining city. Such an optimized evaluation model can provide a workable plan for coordinated development of regional environment and resources, offering references for government to make rational resources and environment policy.

Abstract2777)      PDF(pc) (1328KB)(1118)       Save
Tongling,Anhui Province,is a typical resource-based city which has acquired a good score in its economy but gained severe environmental pollution. This paper, aiming at the relation between economy and environmental pollution, simulates Tongling’s environmental Kuznets curve, which displays a U shape.Presently Tongling is at the right part of the U shape, indicating that the rapid development of economy is at the cost of environment and their sharp conflict is unfavorable for sustainable development. This paper uses grey correlation to find out the factors impacting on environment, including economic aggregate, industrial structure, urbanization rate, technical progress, and environmental protection investment, and present ssuggestions in solving Tongling‘s environmental pollution.

The USA employs a unified bidding in oilgas resource market to make sure the governmental benefits in oilgas development. A threelevelled management system had been formed by federal, state governments and professional organization. This paper analyzes its function and relation of each level. The American oilgas resource management institutions are characterized by a decentralized federal institution and by a centralized state. Governments are separated from supervision, all institutions behave by laws, a good negotiation through all processes. Within nontotalized big ministry, each institution executes by its independence, which fulfills marketing and improves efficiency. These features can reflect separation of powers, free marketing, legal management, empowering to subordinate, which is an epitome of Americas macroscopic economic management, and its political and economic system as well.

A BALANCED DEVELOPMENT OF ORDOS'S ECOLOGY AND ECONOMY BASED ON SYSTEM DYNAMICS
KE Wen-lan, SHA Jing-hua, YAN Jing-jing
Resources & Industries    2013, 15 (5): 19-26.
Abstract1187)      PDF(pc) (1751KB)(899)       Save

This paper, from resourcebased city Ordos's economy, resource and environment, finds a series issues, such as a polarization in economy, irrational industrial structure, unsustainable mining and environment, sets up three system dynamic models in economy, resource and environment, that through adjusting some parameters, makes four simulating plans which are measured with their sustainability by adopting resourceenvironment loss ratio. By comparison, the plan of economy-resource-environment concerted development bears a moderate GDP rising rate, a controllable resource-environment loss from a rising economy, a balanced development between economic and ecological benefits, in accordance with requirements of sustainable development.

A PREDICATION OF CHINA,S 2020 COPPER DEMAND BASED ON SCENARIO ANALYSIS
ZHANG Feng, MA Hong-yun, SHA Jing-hua
Resources & Industries    2012, 14 (4): 30-35.
Abstract2320)      PDF(pc) (1531KB)(2439)       Save

Industrialization and urbanization speeds up a fast copper consumption, leading to an imbalance in domestic copper supply and demand. The scenario analysis as an integration of quantitative andqualitative analysis has been widely applied in predicting ore resources consumption. This paper uses scenario analysis to predict China,s 2020 copper demand and presents suggestions in mitigating gap incopper supply and demand. The prediction from “middle scenario mode” is consistent with facts, indicating the gap is still severe. It is suggested that the copper supply can be increased from investingoverseas and exploring internally. The “high scenario mode” and “low scenario mode” are also of significance, which can be avoided from adjusting industrial structure and reducing GDP energyconsumption level.
